I didn’t always know what my purpose was. In fact, I spent a looong time trying on varying roles searching for answers that were right in front of me.

I have been Nurse to 100s of women as they gave birth and embarked on the one-way journey into motherhood.

I have been Educator to university students along their path to higher intelligence and career ambitions.

I have been Consultant to corporations and corporate employees on how to improve their health and wellbeing.

I have been Trainer to aspiring life coaches who are contributing to the change-the-world ripple effect when people help other people.

I have been Coach to women through the obstacles standing between them and confidently declaring who they are, what they desire to do, and how they desire to do it.

But, no matter what the career title has been, the commonality between each of these outlets has always been the same: transformation.

And because ‘how we do one thing is typically how we do everything,’ you will find me looking for ways to be around transformation out of working hours too.

I am often the friend my friends turn to asking pressing life questions such as:

"How do I get through this?"

"Where do I go from here?"

"What am I really meant to be doing?"

I play the implied role in my marriage of seeing the bigger picture, trusting in potential, and initiating the big leaps when what we are leaping into provides space for us to learn and grow.

And whether or not it is requested, and usually it is not (!!), I pack a suitcase of suggestions for my family with the purest intentions of guiding them into a healthier and happier version of themselves every time I visit them.

Simply said, my soul's purpose is to help others along their journey so that they can become even more of the person they were always meant to be.

It lights me up to help you light up. I’m here to guide you back to the pieces that got buried under long commutes, duplo blocks, and to-do lists that never get done. Those pieces make all the others work, so finding them is not a luxury, but a responsibility.
